Tae Kwon Do

It is a martial art that mixes techniques of Tae Kwon, of Korean origin and of karate, born in Japan, which has been instructed in Asian civilizations for centuries. Over time it was transformed into a modern sport, in a way or method of blocking blows, kicking, and hitting without weapons.
